1 to 1

If your busy work schedule makes it difficult to get to class regularly, I am available 1 to 1.

Before your first session we will talk, either in person or on the phone, so I can ascertain your needs and wishes and tailor a personalised practice for you. Whether you want a weekly session focusing on strengthening your core or learning how to truly relax and de-stress or just once a month with time to develop a self-practice between sessions – the choice is yours. I will be available between meetings to talk to you on the phone and offer guidance, inspiration or reminders!

I am particularly keen to offer yoga and relaxation to teenagers. As school life becomes ever more demanding and stressful, yoga offers the perfect way to chill out, find some headspace and fall in love with your sparkly, awesome self. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
